Dr. Shashi Bhushan, Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras), is the Founder and Managing Director of RedScript. With a strong academic and research background spanning plant sciences, molecular biology, agriculture, and biotechnology, he brings a research-oriented perspective and scholarly understanding to the organization.

During his doctoral research at IIT Madras, Dr. Bhushan developed extensive experience in molecular biology and plant sciences, along with a strong understanding of experimental design, scientific data interpretation, research methodology, academic writing, and the scholarly publication process. These experiences have played an important role in shaping the academic philosophy behind RedScript.

His academic engagement also includes mentoring and supporting students and research scholars at different stages of their academic journey.
